Kettlebit is operated by MONTESPHERE DOO, a limited liability company registered in Montenegro (registration number 5-1150521), with its registered office at Nikole Ljubibratića bb, 85340 Herceg Novi, Montenegro. MONTESPHERE DOO is the controller of the personal data described in this policy (“we”, “us”).

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers our website, kettlebit.com, and email correspondence with us.
We have not released any games or apps yet. Before releasing a game or app, we will publish a separate privacy policy describing the personal data it processes and link to it from its store page.
3. Data we process on this website
- No cookies or advertising. This website does not use cookies, advertising, or technologies that track you across other websites.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated statistics about the website, such as page views, referring websites, countries, device and browser types, and page loading speed. It does not use cookies and does not identify or follow individual visitors.
- Technical data. When you open a page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical data that every web request contains, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you and do not keep our own access logs.
4. When you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message, so that we can read and answer it. We keep your messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
We do not individually track email opens or link clicks without your consent. Brevo may process technical delivery information and aggregate statistics to maintain email deliverability.
5. Legal bases
We process personal data in line with the Montenegrin law on personal data protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal bases are:
- our legitimate interests in running and securing the website, understanding how it is used, and answering your messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- taking steps at your request or performing a contract, when your message concerns a product you use or want to use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- complying with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
6. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security, analytics and forwarding incoming email; Google Gmail to receive and store forwarded email correspondence; and Brevo to send outgoing email. Brevo also processes technical delivery information. We use a personal Gmail account, where Google processes data under its consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process personal data outside Montenegro and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The transfer mechanisms described in their applicable terms and privacy documentation may include Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Details are available in Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum, Google’s data transfer frameworks and Brevo’s Data Processing Agreement. You can contact us for information about transfers relating to your personal data.
